I worked on this project as the Lead 3D Artist, we had to utilize 3D Photogrammetry and scanned models to re-create the models, deadlines were extremely short, but we delivered on time.
The pipeline was as follows; Asset Scanning, Projection Texturing, Fixing the scans, Re-modeling certain parts if not all, UV mapping and then finally Texturing. The project was off and on for about 2-3 years, any time client was preparing for a new release of his clothing items, we had to be quick.
Some models look different in quality, because those were the starting models and we didn't have any idea what the client was looking for exactly, and with the deadlines being so short, we did our best, once the commercials were out, we realized what was necessary to improve on to get the better results.
The more we did them, the more we improved in quality while also delivering within the same timeframe.
Very proud of what we were able to achieve. Partner in crime on this project was Marco Laschi http://www.marcolaschi.it/, without him this would have been impossible to deliver.
